What time should I arrive?
The performance will start at the time printed on your ticket, and our bars and Plaza Café will open an hour before. Doors to the theatre open 30 minutes before the performance starts.
What time does the performance end?
Information about the approximate running time of each performance is on the individual web page for that show. It is very rare that a show would finish later than 10:30pm.
Do you have accessible parking?
There are a number of disabled parking spaces near to the entrance of the venue.
Do you have a hearing loop?
The Floral Pavilion provides a hearing enhancement system for those who are hard of hearing. The Sennheiser infrared system is a wireless, interference-free secure assistive listening and interpretation for theatre use.
You do not need to book in advance, just go to the box office on arrival and request a headset.
Does your venue have free Wi-Fi?
We have free wi-fi available for our customers, look for the network named Floral-Pavilion-Public when you arrive at the venue. You will be required to complete a short registration before gaining access.
How far are you from the train station?
It’s approximately 0.6 miles, or a 12 minute walk, from the train station to Floral Pavilion.
